Yes..just like the title said! At the beginning of the video, you'll here Tifa and the helpers speak in english, even though the battle menu is in japanese...
plus, later on there's english voices even though there's japanese subtitles...

that is beccause the whole game is based on english voice acting.kind of like when they released kh2 to japan it also had english voice acting but japanese subtitles

they also did the same for kh1:fm but they never released that to the u.s.

it doesn't it just means that the game is in english voice acting and that is it.the game may have a fall release for the u.s. but that is all anyoneknows about it.

KH2:FM may have English voices for those who speak English in Japan. It doesn't confirm a release in the US.

If KH2FM is a edited version of the Original version,So maybe the creators couldn't be bothered to go trough all the changes again...
