I think there is an alternate ending to the game (maybe Im wrong) if so how do I obtain it?

there's actually no alternative for kh2...

Proud mode: all you have to do is complete the main story's of all worlds

Standard mode: you have to complete all worlds and complete Jiminey's journal...

final mix has a few extra scenes with Roxas and org. members...and the E.S. boss fight...um....and critical mode...

and it comes with khre:com for ps2...

Shadow i don't think the any kh in the remake of CoM, pretty sure it's RE:COM.
