It has already been posted, and proved fake. You can tell it is computer made, and the producer and Square Enix have declared it not to be the KH3 cover.

It's cool looking, but just an example of people who have no lives.
Im hearing 08-10 for KH3. Stupid Final Fantasy. I used to love it, but KH is just so much more interesting and the disney and all the cutscenes. and it actually is an on going game. blah. whatever. stupid antiFFXIII rant.

You might be thinking of KH2:FM, which will come out in fall, if it comes out in teh US that is. Like i said before though I think it has a good chance of coming... a very good chance.
