the ultima weapon is arguably the best keyblade in the game. You can find the recipe in the pod room of the mansion in Twighlight town twards the end of teh game. This is a great list of all the items in the game and where to find them.

At the end of the game, go to the Mansion and in one of the rooms will be a recipe for it. Then just follow the recipe and you will be able to get the Ultima
