I didn't use anything special, because there is no special way to defeat him. The only thing you can do is keep training, took me about 15 time before being able to defeat him.
All I can suggest is to level up ALL your forms so you can get access to the special abilities. Then get Ultima and prepare some elixirs.
I can remember exactly which video was, but I got help from one: try this.
Agree with Vasco use the Ultima that is how i beat him on proud and don't use Magic and have a lot of elixirs and form wise the Wisdom form is a very good one to have the Dash ability and then Final form. Also it depends on what difficulty your on
I pretty much hit him from range with magic and use the final form when he's on his last 2 "legs" to take him down fast before he goes supermad. Stock up on alot potions, elixirs and helpful items. Set your teamates skills to heal for Donald and Attack for Goofy.
How in the hell, you have no idea what your talking about 1.you can't hit him with magic 2.you can't have Final form because you don't get Goofy and Donald with you it is a one on one fight

Do you think i'll be able to beat him while him, im level 64

What Vasco meant is fighting Sephy over and over to see his tactics better. To see which tactic works the best for him. Although, I would prefer to go all out on him when he's on his last 3-4 bars.
So to level up my Forms, would i just transform into them and fight heartless? How would i get my Drive Energy back after i used it up, fighthing and getting it all back takes forever

Valor Form: How to gain experience: The way to level this form is simple, for every time an enemy is hit while in the Valor form, you'll gain 1 exp.
Where to Level: This form is easier to level when fighting enemies with high HP. Anywhere you can fight enemy that takes several hits to kill is a great place to level this form. Try avoiding the fat heartless, you'll most likely waste time trying to hit them.
Wisdom Form: How to gain experience: The only way to gain experience for this form is by killing Heartless. Each time a Heartless is killed, 1 experience is gained.
Where to level: Anywhere with an abundance of WEAK heartless. You'll want to kill your enemy quickly to conserve the form gauge. A good place would be The World that Never Was, where alot of Shadows spawn at high rates. These are the weakest heartless, meaning you can kill a majority of them with one spell (most of the time) and conserve your MP for harder enemies.
Master Form: How to Level: The Master form is fairly easy to level, for every drive recovery orb picked up, it gains 1 exp, for every high drive recovery orb picked up, it gains 3 exp.
Where to Level: The Beast's Castle, The Land of Dragons, or Radiant Garden (Hollow Bastion). These three places have an abundance of heartless who drop lots of high drive recovery orbs (usually 6-7 per enemy).
Final Form: How to Level: For every Nobody destroyed, 1 exp is gained.
Where to Level: The World that Never Was. This is pretty much the best place to level this form, due to the castle having nothing but Nobody enemies. The Tower is also a nice place to level.

Now about tricks to get the drive energy back, there are 2.
You can enter any Cup on Coliseum and then leave. The bar will be full. OR When you're using any of the forms, and the bar shows like level 1 or 2, run to a save point and go to World Map. Get back, and the bar will be full.
