OK, i have just finished the Phil Cup and is not sure what to do now. In order to get things going again, do i have to deliver the "old book" in Traverse Town?

Go to the third district and find a door woith a flame on it, figure out the spell you should use and use the fire spell on it. The go to the house.(the door is on the left side)
