I need help... i have been stuck forever in traverse town looking for the second part to the navigation gummie... i have talked to cid but he says to come back when i have found the secod half... where is it? or what do i have to do to get it?

ive locked all the worlds so far except the colliseum,,, where i have only won the phil cup but it wont let me go any farther.... the last boss i beat was genie jafar,,

After Agrabah you should go to Monstro. And you can't lock the Colliseum until you beat The Phil Cup, Pegasus Cup, Hercules Cup, and the Hades cup.

You can do it without beating the Hades cup.

Then the next place you go is to Monstro. Then after that, you go back to the Coliseum and do the Pegasus Cup. And I think that's about it my dear.

I have tried to go to monstro... but when i try to go to the new worlds it takes me back to the colliseum or agrabah... i have no clue why?

If you happen to gain too many hits on the Gummi ship space ride there and it goes to a blank white screen, then that means you lost all your health and that's the reason why you returned. Try not to gain too many hits, and try dodging a bit then shooting.
