I'd say either the achievement for completing a campaign on Expert, or Jump Shot, simply because I've nearly gotten these both several times only for things to backfire on me.

There's a Left 4 Dead forum now...

Hardest that I have is Cr0wned. It must have taken me 15 tries...

Hardest that I don't have is probably Untouchables.

Zombie Genocidist is pretty hard, but there's a Youtube video showing how to get it like right away. You have to like shoot the dead zombie with the pump shotgun, then shoot the door with a pistol and some other stuff.

The Untouchables is pretty hard too, but you can use the "Jesus Room" (if they didn't fix it yet).

I got the safety first achievement really easily. It took me two goes though offline. If you select the campaign Death Toll on easy and then pick up a molotov or pipebomb and keep it in your hand just keep hitting things. At the finale jump on the rock near the dock and just keep hitting incase of Hunters. Your ai teammates will kill everything that comes towards you and they'll be able to get you out of hunters and smokers grips as well. They stand a few feet from the rock but won't climb on it.

i would say the hardest ive got, is " big drag "
and the hardest i havent got, is probably " what are you trying to prove? "
i just dont get why some people think zombie genocidest is hard? it only takes a while, it isn't hard
