Characters not showing up at Madam Malkins!

I'm basically almost done with years 1-4 and I have collected probably 7-8 character tokens. As I understand it, I am supposed to buy them from Madam Malkins. When I step on the platform, it only gives me two options and I swear they are the default. Harry in two different outfits.

I know I have Dobby, Katie Bell, Ernie something, Hermine gown, harry tux, and many more. Where are they? I'm scrolling through and I just get the two and a "locked" one.

Strangely enough I have only 1 character in my arsenal that I can use in free play and when using polyjuice potion. Justin-Fletch-something or other, and I never even bought him!

This is the Wii version. Please tell me this is not a glitch or I'm going to be really ******. Can I even complete the game this way? WTH?
