The "Telephone Room". When you go in for the first time, a phone should ring, when you pick it up, look on the wall, the shadow of Luigi, when the lightning flashes, it looks as if Luigi's hung himself.

Try going back to the safari room in beta version there is a Australian hunter who wants to shoot you, cut off your head then hang it up as a trophy!
