Pissed At The Redskins

I'm curious if anybody knows how to start 'Eliminating' (j/k) players in franchise mode. My star starting middle line backer got taken out for 8 weeks, and now I want the dirty Redskins to pay. I've tried moves such as the cut-block and diving, but it just isn't doing it. I know I could just turn the injuries off, but that takes some of the realism out of it. Thanks for any offers!
