Jhonny # 5, need input

Hello kiddies, just found the site and find it to be the best so far. I am in a slump with this Manhunt game. I don't know how to get a superstar rating yet, and I'm like 30% into the game already. It's a really dope game, but should I start from scratch if anyone has clues or tips to score better kills and what-not? Thanks for your input if you have any.
