Hey, Da Blitz here to explain the Theif's path in the Game.

Ok, to become a Rouge in this game, you need to be LV 10 and 25 DEX(Dexterity) and then head to Kernning and talk to Dark Lord to get the job Rouge. Once you advance, you'll get the LV 1 Skill Book and 1 SP(Skill Point). You'll get 3 SP every time you LV up. Use these to advance and master your new skills.
Extras for advancing to Theivery: Your HP + MP will increase about 50% of current HP and MP. Also, extra slots in your Equip and Etc. item slots.

Passive Moves = Abilities that activate on their own.
Supportive Moves = Abilities that you activate then stay for a certain amount of time.
Active Moves = Abilities that you need to activate yourself constantly.
Max Stats = Describtion of Skill at MAX.
Comments: = My opinions about certain moves, to use or not to use.

Skill Book 1: The Basics of a Theif

Nimble Body Master: 16:Accuracy +20, avoidability +20
Increases accuracy and avoidability.
Comments: Put all left over SP into this skill. It comes in handy.

Keen Eyes Master: 8:Range of attack for throwing weapon: +200
Need: 3 SP of Nimble Body
Increases the range of attack using throwing weapons such as throwing stars & knives.

Disorder Master: 20:MP -10; Enemy's weapon attack -20, weapon def. -20 for 60 seconds
Temporarily decreases the morale of an opponent. Its weapon def. and attack will suffer, and the attacking enemy will suddenly stop attacking. Can't perform the attack on an enemy that's already in "disorder", however.

Dark Sight Master: 20:MP -5; Disappear for 200 seconds, regular moving speed
Need: 3 SP of Disorder
Use MP to hide behind the shadows. While hiding, the enemy won't attack, but you can't attack back either. All movements other than attacking are available. It's temporary, so after a while, you'll be back to normal.
Comments: A move that will enternally help. Master it.

Lucky Seven Master: 20:MP -16; Damage 150% x 2 Hits
Use MP to throw 2 throwing stars and apply damage based on LUK, regardless of the rate of javelin mastery.
Comments: The must master for Assassins and beyond.

Double Stab Master: 20:MP -14; Damage 130% x 2 Hits
Use MP to quickly stab an enemy twice at once using a dagger.
Comments: Not completely necessairy to for Bandits. Master Nimble Body + Dark Sight, then put the rest in this skill.

NOTE: NO. You can not master all of these moves . You must choose which ones you will master and/or particially master.

Once you reach LV 30, you can choose 2 different paths: Assassin and Bandit



2nd Job


Head back to Thieves' Hideaway once you've reached Lv 30, which is located at the cafe in Kerning City. Go inside, talk to Dark Lord. He'll give you a letter and you've to pass it to the job advancement instructor near Kerning City. After giving the letter, you'll be given an errand to collect 30 Dark Marbles by defeating the monsters inside. Be careful to stock your potions up before you start collecting the 30 Dark Marbles.

Once you've collected 30 Dark Marbles, talk to the instructor, and he'll award you with a Proof of a Hero. Go back to Kerning City Thieves' Hideaway, and talk to Dark Lord once again, where then you'll advance as the Assassin or Bandit, what ever u choose.


Assassin


Skill Book 2: Assassin Skills

Claw Mastery Master LV: 20:Mastery of claw-related weapons 60%, accuracy +20%, 200 extra throwing stars.
Increases the mastery of throwing stars and accuracy, along with the maximum number of throwing stars to recharge. It only applies when the character is throwing stars.
Comments: ALWAYS esential. Fully Max, yes LV20=max.

Critical Throw Master LV: 30:50% success rate, critical damage 200%
Need: 3 SP of Claw Mastery
Enables the character to make a critical attack with throwing stars on a certain success rate.
Comments: A little criticale never hurt anyone, 'cept monsters. Max it.

Endure Master LV: 20:Additionally recovering HP 62, MP 20 every 10 sec.
Recovers additional amount of HP and MP.
Comments: Not esential, but helpful, especially if your going Cheif Bandit.

Claw Booster Master LV: 20:HP -10, MP -10; Increase in claw's attacking speed for 200 sec.
Need: 3 SP of Claw Mastery
Use HP and MP to temporarily boost up the attacking speed of the claw. It only applies when the character is equipped with a claw throwing stars.
Comments: ALWAYS max Booster.

Haste Master LV: 20:For MP -30, +40 in speed and +20 in jump for 200 sec.
Temporarily improves the speed and jumping ability of every member of the party.
Comments: For theives, its a must. EVERYONE wants it, 'cept me. There are downsides to having that much speed + jump power. Max it if u can.

Drain Master LV: 30:MP -24; absorb 45% of damage as HP, damage 160%
Need: 3 SP of Endure
Absorb some of the damage dished out to the enemy as HP. The most one can absorb at once is the character's MaxHP / 2, and can't absorb more than the MaxHP of the enemy.
Comments: A pretty good move to have when ur low on HP w/ alot of MP. Put as much SP as u can into it after maxing ur main skills.


Bandit


Skill Book 2: Bandit's Tricks

Dagger Mastery Master LV: 20:Dagger mastery +60%, accuracy +20
Increases the dagger mastery and accuracy. It only applies when the character has a dagger in hand.
Comments: Like Warriors, this skill doesn't need to be LV 20 to be max. Keep it at LV 19, plus Nimble Body got u enough accuracy.

Endure Master LV: 20:Additionally recovering HP 62, MP 20 every 10 sec.
Recovers additional amount of HP and MP.
Comments: Max it, unless ur worried more about Steal.

Dagger Booster Master LV: 20:Additional recovery of HP +60, MP +20 every 10 sec.
Need: 3 SP of Dagger Mastery
Use HP and MP to temporarily boost up the attacking speed of the dagger. Only applies when the character has a dagger in hand.
Comments: ALWAYS max Booster.

Haste Master LV: 20:MP -30; speed +40, jump +20 for 200 sec.
Temporarily boosts the speed and jumping ability of everyone in the party.
Comments: For theives, its a must. EVERYONE wants it, 'cept me. There are downsides to having that much speed + jump power. Max it if u can.

Steal Master LV: 30:MP - 24, 40% success rate to steal, apply 100% in damage.
Need: 5 SP of Haste
Steals one of the monster's items with a given success rate. It works only once against the same monster. The effort can be continued till its success.
Comments: Put any extra SP in it. Steal isn't worth fully mastering it.

Savage Blow Master LV: 30:MP -27; attack 6x with 80% damage.
Use MP to attack an enemy up to 6 times in a row with a dagger.
Comments: MAX IT !! Ur most powerful attack, even more powerful than Assaulter. Either max it first then Mastery(suggested), or Mastery then Savage Blow.

NOTE: NO. You can not master all of these moves . You must choose which ones you will master and/or particially master.

Once you reach LV 70, your next job WILL depend on your 2nd job choice: Assassin--> Hermit; Bandit--> Cheif Bandit.




3rd Job


Go to El Nath - Chief Residence and speak to Arec. After talking to Arec, head back to Victoria Island and talk to Dark Lord which is located in Kerning City. Next, find the Door of Dimension located at Monkey Swamp II and it'll bring you to "The Path of the Glittering Crystal". Walk until the end of the path and enter the portal to defeat the wiseman's dark side to obtain the Black Charm.

Return to Dark Lord and exchange the Black Charm for a Necklace of Strength. Return to El Nath after that and give the item to Arec. Head on to the Holy Ground at the Snowfield (Sharp Cliff II). 1 Dark Crystal is requirred to answer 5 questions to obtain the Necklace of Wisdom. Again, head back to Arec in El Nath and give him the Necklace of Wisdom.


Hermit


Skill Book 3: The Way of the Hermit

Alchemist Master LV: 20:Recovery rate 150%, duration of effect 150%
Increases the effect of the recovery-based items like potions and others, and lengthen time for the effect, if the item is based on such. However, items such as Elixir and others that base the recovery in % do not apply in this skill.
Comments: Not esential, but saves you some mesos once mastered.

Meso Up Master LV: 20:MP -60; Drop rate +50% for 120 seconds
For a certain amount of time, everyone in the party can make the enemies drop more mesos than usual with this skill.
Comments: Say it w/ me, "Mesos, Mesos, Yeah, Yeah!!"(Max it fools)

Shadow Partner Master LV: 30:MP -55; Normal attack 80%, summoned with basic attack 50% for 180 seconds
Need: 1 Summoning Rock
For a certain amount of time, a shadow will appear, repeating your every move. There's no real stamina in it, and it will disappear after some time.

Shadow Web Master LV: 20:MP -22; Holds the enemies with 80% success rate for 8 seconds
Makes a spiderweb of your shadow, and holds up to 6 enemies in one spot at once. The enemies held in the spiderweb will be unable to move.
Comments: Comes in handy if a mob is kicking ur tail badly. Max it if u can.

Shadow Meso Master LV: 30:Uses min. 340 mesos, max. 800 mesos; Basic attack +50% with 10% success rate
Need: 5 SP of Meso Up
Replaces MP with mesos and attacks enemies with the damage based on the amount of mesos thrown. Ignores the enemies' "weapon def. up" and "magic guard up."
Comments:
Pros: SERIOUSLY more powerful than 777 from a dexless sin.
Cons: uses up ur mesos pretty fast if u don't have Meso Up active and max.

Avenger Master LV: 30:MP -30; Basic attack 180%, uses 3 throwing stars to attack up to 6 enemies
Uses MP to make an enormous throwing star for attack. The throwing star will go through an enemy, and attack the ones behind it, too.
Comments:
Pros: ur mob attack, finally.
Cons: Flys straight. That means no jumping for this attack.

Flash Jump Master LV: 20:MP -13; Jumps a certain distance
Need: 5 SP of Avenger
While in the air after a jump, use this skill + the arrow for a second jump. The higher the skill level, the farther the distance for the jump.
Comments: ALL OTHER MOVES ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THIS ONE!!! put 1 SP in it and MAX everything else.


Cheif Bandit


Skill Book 3: Cheif Bandit's Tricks

Sheild Mastery Master LV: 20:Defensive power +100% when shield is equipped
Increases the def. of the equipped shield. Only works when the shield is equipped.

Chakra Master LV: 30:MP -27, Recovery rate 200%; Damage 112% during the recovery if hit
Uses MP to recover HP. Only works when the HP is less than 50%, and it'll stop if either attacked or moved.
Comments: Very useful. If ur Endure is max and u use it b4 using Dark Sight, recovery maximus.

Assaulter Master LV: 30:MP -26; Basic attack 450%, stun success rate 80%
Attacks one enemy with incredible power and speed. Enemy can even be stunned on a low success rate.
Comments:
Pros: VERY powerful and can stun. Can activate in air, even help reach high areas if mosters are there.
Cons: even at max, not more powerful than Savage Blow. Only works w/ monsters nearby. If u, like me, want most of ur moves maxed, put 1 SP in this move. Use if u don't want to spend much MP to cause alot of Damage.

Pickpocket Master LV: 20:MP -50; Success rate 60% for 180 seconds
Need: 3 SP of Meso Explosion
Makes the enemy drop mesos for a certain period of time. The amount of mesos dropped depends on the damage and the skill level.
Comments: Meso Explosion's sidekick. max it.

Band of Thieves Master LV: 30:MP -50; Basic attack 210%, 5 "other selves" will attack enemies
Summons fellow bandits to attack a few monsters around the area. Can attack up to 6.
Comments:
Pros: ur mob attack. Every 6SP = an extra Ninja attack.
Cons: only works if it hits and there is a mob.

Meso Guard Master LV: 20:MP -35; Use mesos to guard 78% of the physical damage received for 120 seconds.
Need: 3 SP of Chakra
Uses mesos to guard 50% of the damage received. Once the skill is used, it saves up a certain amount of mesos, and once damaged from then on out, the mesos will be used based on the damage received. The skill will be turned off when the saved mesos are used up.

Meso Explosion Master LV: 30:MP -30; Mastery 100%, explode up to 20
Explodes the mesos dropped on the ground around you to attack monsters. The mesos from the monsters killed by someone else will not be able to be used for this.
Comments: An excellent move to have. Causes very good damage, even to Bosses, and has mob properties, but only explodes a certain amount of mesos, henceh forth Pickpocket.

NOTE: NO. You can not master all of these moves . You must choose which ones you will master and/or particially master.

Yes, I am done until all 4th Job skills are done. ?Till then, u may post-up ways u think in particular that is the best way 2 raise this job. This Thread will remain open.
