complete the special cup in 150cc Mirror mode. If you are in japan, your ROB will be red and white. If you are anywhere else, your ROB will be gray.

I'm pretty sure you have to beat every cup on 50cc, 100cc, and 150cc, then you get 150cc mirrior mode

Yea, now about R.O.B color, he is only a diff. color in japan, i'm not sure about U.S.A, but it is red.
