I have a question about star ranks: How are they obtained? I flawlessly completed a cup and only got rank A... I know, I sound like a moron here compared to what I sound like in the Brawl forums.

Im probably wrong, but i think the better times than your opponent you get and the longer undisturbed time you arew in first in the races determines it. Then again im most likely wrong.

to get star ranks you race in manual and do slides, tricks, slipstreaming/drafting, and maybe boost starts. And coming in 1st place would help.
