As the title states...

For me its two ghosts, one at Mushroom Gorge and the other at N64 Bower's Castle.

GCN Waluigi Stadium (It was and still is my favorite on GCN)

GCN DK Mountain (My other favorite from the CUBE)

No I have only locked them. I ain't trying to beat them. My mission was and still is to unlock everything in the game. Those course are the Expert Ghost that I unlocked.

DX3D and nyeem, that is my point exactly. This is not for which you have unlocked, but those you have beaten.

And I have some more done, these are off the top of my head:
Luigi Raceway, Grumble Volcano and Peach Beach. I know there are more, I'll add them later.

Luigi Curcuits only easy for me because every time I try out a new vehicle or character I go there, I'm currently at my record of like 1:18. I think. I was a second before the expert ghost.
