How to get out of items...

Well I found out that there is practically every way to get out of a item some just take some time do get used to.

Any Shell, Use a banana or another shell as a sheild
Pow right at the very end when your about to get smashed shake the Wii Wheel and u will get spinned like a banana put wont stop you will still lose your item though

Any more Im open to suggestions

Well I would like to point out that you canet get out of EVERY item, such as the blue shell or getting run over by a star.

Although you can also get out of the pow by being in the air when it hits.

Also now that I think about it you can get out of the blue shell by going on DK's level and right when you get to that part where you go on a jet that takes you to the other side of the level the blue shell wont hit you. This is also a way to get out of lightening.

When a blue shell is about to hit you, use a boost.

That takes more than perfect timing. It's hard. PLus the chances of having a mushroom at the time is low.

especially since the guy in 1st place usually only gets items such as bananas and green shells.

And yeah tell me how to get out of EVERY item in the game without the level playing a role in it and I will commend you. Know why? Because its not possible, there is absolutly no way you could tell me how.

If items count, then there is. Boost out of a blue shell or blooper, guard against red and green ones, snipe bananas, don't hit red boxes, trick on pow block, be in the air or start to jump at the correct time. Owned, in the face.

Also, for Lightning Bolts, be Mega Sized or have a Star on. Just throwing that in there ^_^

Well I suppose that a star item does trumph everything
