My favorite part of the game is when you learn all the moves from Toadsworth.

I like the ending, where baby luigi gives big luigi his hammer, by throwing it at him. that or when the star gate told mario to lay off the pasta.

i liked when the hammer bros. were talking in 13375P34K(leetspeak), and then that giant nose came out of nowhere and sucked mario and luigi up.
