Harvest-Queen-411: You need to go to Gwarhar Lagoon and get the hand powers from Gigi and Merri. Use the fire one to run into him and ram him down.
Dabomb2121: Use the 3rd level of Bros. attacks. It's hard to get used to but when you do get used to it Cakletta is easy.

j_hawk it means you become better at the bros attacks
mdld just use your jumping bros attacks then hell get shorter and the its a prince
and for a helpfulhint did you know that if you use luigis thunder bros then miss the last attack your power increases like eating two peppers!
