you forgot to put in the side effects and you can only use 1 at a time

And some of them have negative effects. For example, the +1000 HP causes boxes to turn to poison after you walk there.

no hes not talking about an HP Memory...hes talking about the Navi Customizer Memory Exp...it increases the size of how many things you can have in your navi customizer...sorry I forget where it is but Ill have the anwser before this time saturday...I seem to remember you got it while doing one of the missions at SciLab...or maybe it was the stamp mission...or possibly on the net in SciLab area...I remember you got one of them before you battled bubbleman in I think...Yoka Square...?from a navi there...oh well Im just yapping now,like I said before Ill have the anwser by saturday...

Okay Guys. The Megaman walkthroughs are sort of "hidden." When you go to find the Megaman game under Gameboy Advance, you have to look up at the top of the screen where it says Cheats, Forums, Questions, and whatnot. Go down and keep going until you see the ONLY Megaman Battle Network 3 game that has the word "yes" under the "Walkthroughs" title on the side. Click on the WORD yes under walkthroughs. It will take you straight to the only walkthroughs there are for MMBL3 White. (I think it's the only one.)
I see no sign of intelligent life anywhere.
