In the area after the liberation mission after the door that you need all 180 standard chips to enter, there are all these other doors that I don't know what to do for. One of them says, "Show your power... (they all say THAT lol) Defeat the navi who commands all..." What does that mean?

OO, that part. It means that you have to go S rank each Navi that's part of your team(ex:Colonel, Tomohawkman, Toadman, etc). After that, you can open the doors and verse their DS Navi.

Yup, I figured tha much out, and so far, I've beaten Magnetman, Medi, Gyroman, and Searchman. Now I only need to find Protoman and NapalmMan...

napalman is in the end area one when you get in there take the first ramp down and take a right then keep going down till you see a platform with a navi but i don't know where protoman is but i'm looking for him now.
Can any body help me?

Dude, that's battle image data. I'm talking about Navi ghosts and Omega versions. That Napalmman is Beta (or level 2) version. And BTW, there is no Protoman Battle image data. If you want to fight him, go to Undernet 5.

Napalmman is in Scilab Area 4, in the back square in one of the corners. Protoman is in Undernet 3 at the back right corner box of that area.
