Like all the PA put Vdoll + Vdoll + Bass(Gregar) or Bass anly(Falzar), then the PA apear then use it.
I don´t use action replay to get *insert rare item, shiny poke, rare chip, etc.* i got it legally and right.

You dont need to S Protoman you can get rank 10 and still get it.
