I looked up relase date on this site and ( http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product_id=180322 )
it says this pre relase ships 8/7/07 does this mean regular ppl who didint reseave can still buy them there

It would depend how many were shipped that day. I don't care as I pre-ordered my game.

In Canada it's called EB Games, but ya I wouldn't doubt you can get it.
