I was level 7 but I've dropped to level 6.
Don't forget Optimus they have separate servers for each region so you'll need to say which region you're in.

Yeah exactly they have the servers for the US, Europe and Asia separate so you can only add people from MGO if they are in the same region as you, I'm in the Europe region.

On PSN yeah you can but on MGO in order to add someone you need to have played against them in a match or search for them but they need to be on when you search for them.
