no..they make sure to weed out cheaters..maybe one slipped through..and its based on an idividual basis.

ya I jsut checked. It says that you may see stats over the max so they are glitchers obviously. The kanden guy is definitely a hacker. His stats are all the same number!

that may not be true...i used to be particualr about my stats matching up so id go against bots to even things out.
