General Minecraft Discussion

Seeing as this is a popular game, I guess we would need a forums place to discuss aspects of the game, such as organizing builds together and such. As with most general topics, discuss what you want, but try to stick close to the basic thought the game.

I'd probably stick to a few topics for pinned topics in here eventually. Like, Survival Multi-Player servers and their owners, Building contests later on for creative mode. I'll need to host my own server for creative that runs 24/7 though. Speaking of which, I'm going to get my MCZall software and launch it on my server computer. lol

So:
SMP Servers
Building Contests
Creative Servers
Building Projects
And to top things off, a rules page IF we ever need one.

...Is it a bad thing if I have no earthly idea what you just said? Anyway, if you need to add something to the first post, feel free to. You know a heck of a lot more about this game than I do.

Well, we just need this forum to get more MC users. ;)

I may be able to help with that soon enough. My friend, Waffersforever, is taking a liking to the game, and he may get ungrounded next Thursday.

Well, if we can get him into this, and a few others into it then it'll be an even greater time. :D

And, if I can get my Creative server running on my actual server computer, then I'll be getting it online again.

So what is this game actually about? I saw a vid on youtube and it looked sort of interesting...

Its basically just a big lego game where you stack different blocks on one another and build a 3D world. Simple, but interesting. xD

JX, basically, you build things with blocks. Survive nights filled with zombies and monsters who try to kill you (Survival only) and if you're on Multiplayer, talk with others and survive the night while building epic things during the day. You also can mine for better objects that exist deep within the terrain. It's also fun to get lost in caves. haha

Guys, I love how we have a forum for this now, but it's Minecraft; not MineCraft. Haha.

I responded half an hour ago, but even still. We're uncertain if this'll replace the Zombie currently, or if this will become an entirely new mob itself. But it seems I'm actually having something of mine added to MineCraft :D

You'll be getting it just in time for the Halloween Update! My Zombie Pigmen skin was confirmed as the second mob added to the games update! I'll be talking to Notch via Twitter so I'll be bringing in more news for the game, if need be.

still to get it i am its not fair, atool that eatch time i can aford it i need to save for uther things. but sereusly i am having rediculas fun on freeplay servers. thats whats been keeping me awy from supercheats. o i am also superop on one server now .hell of a difculy job.

Hehe, Neptis, imagine what it's like in my position with World of Minecraft. Take your SuperOP job on the server you go to, and multiply it by a factor of 100 or so. :P

Although it does not even compare with SuperCheats. WoM is too easy compared to SC, no doubt about it. haha

aye i can imagen tank, and i saw its not mclawl your using pitty i no the comands better than uthers servercomands.

Halloween Update is out!

It came out about ten minutes ago. I've been trying to download it, but I can't connect to the site.

EDIT: Oh, god. Those pigs are incredibly strong.
