Tigrex: my 1st one (done with a full set of hermitaur armor upgraded to lv.7, and slayed using the Velociprey Claws)

And thats it. I know, i don't spend enough time slaying monsters, but i try. I'm mainly just testing out techniques that i can use to help people that have trouble slaying an Elder Dragon. My Monster log on MHF is WAY better then this XD nearly 400 dead Kut-Ku's and over 100 slain Rathalos and 20 dead Gravios done with a L.bowgun. But enough of the past.

Oh i almost forgot these accomplishments:

Yp. To answer your question, by completing high level training quests (like the Kirin or Gravios) you sometimes get the Expanded Pickaxe. Thats sometimes though, you won't get it all the time.

hi there! im new here! i got the game last month. in 3 weeks i got the rank of HR2! isnt it great? but im stuck on blasted garuga (4* elder quest), tigrex (5* guild and elder quest) and Daora (last 4* elder quest) they're quick and the 2 of them are screaming the hell out of me. im looking for a great weapon and armor to vanquish this anti hunters. they are hard for amatuer hunters like me! hornet set just cant cut it. and i know about daora and his freakin wind cloak. by the way im a melee type hunter. please help!
