roughly about 16-18 mins left, so about 32mins. It would have taken a little bit longer, but i really couldn't be bothered so lukily for me i captured both of them as i had tranq bombs and shock traps. Glad i did now as the rewards were enormous

I would advise capturing them. But wait until they go to sleep, then place the shock trap underneath them

BTW is there a skill that lets you see when they're weak enough to be captured?

nope. If they flee to area 3 i think it is in the cave after alot of time fighting 25mins+ unless u have been concentrating on only 1 at this time and its less time than that then follow it and with autotracker, wait for their picture to go blue, as they will be going to sleep. Then u can capture. Another way to tell is when they start to get angry after just one shot when they are calm. If they do this look out for them starting to limp. If they limp, they can be captured
