to me teo and luna is suicide. chameleos is easier. if you are a long sword user use a fire attribute long sword or if you have devil slicer then hack away. just keep attacking the head. its important that you have either full tigrex or death stench armor with you and you must have well-done steaks and energy drinks, flash bombs are very useful.
for great sword just have a fire attribute grat sword or a high base power.
it is also a good way to get horns, but you need a high defense to cope up.

If you really have that much trouble with the chamelos, get smolder dragon sword, it's possible, believe me, i killed my first chameleos with it in one quest.

Chamelos is very easy, u just need to be careful about any STS attacks E.G. gas, slime.

chameleos isnt hard ive used death prize and full hornet except for giaprey tasset to do the quest if u go for the back legs u dont get hit as much and its easy to find if you know what your doing.

I like deathprize and deadly poison, as they are almost the same, but I hate harvesting skulls.
The best way of killing Chamelos is fire, fire, fire, fire and.........uh FIRE. I use wyvern blade maple and smder dragon sword.
