You need to do all 4* guild quests, except the 'mosswine arena' and the capture the plesioth quest.

Trouble in the Swamp
Jungle Menace
Attack of the Yian Kut-Ku
Catch a Yian Kut-Ku
Catch a Gypceros
Then do four horns, OMG I still haven't done that, I sorta gave up, ran out of screamers and gunpowder...

I finished it today! finally, those stupid Diablos have nothing on me! I did it without dying as well!

there are only 5 quests catch the gypceros catch a kut ku jungle menace trouble in the swamp and land shark easy quests for a person with 4* in the village

the stupid thing is...I ranked up to HR2 and then i went out and bought MHF2 like 2 wks later. And now im HR2 on that as well! 
the rank up quest are much easier on MHF2
