where do i face ounaga for final battle??

hi, well i just beat scorpion then i saw the little movie-deal with the dragon king blah blah blah, then creadits came up, i pressed X and i was back at main menu. Did i beat it or not...if i did, why isnt the green light not showing....but if i didnt where do i go? some-one plz help.

You face Ounga in arcade mode on one player.
