Well from the demo I have played all the blood was gray and the fatalitys where cut out because of blood.

grey blood well thats weird the game will be much better with fatalitys sometimes fatalitys are hard to use.

Too little blood, in my opinion. I wanted to see the brains flying and the inside scattered on the ground, but that just doesn't happen. It's only the blood.
