Another 2 that I know of are Mileena and Ermac! Mileena is in the Living Forest. To get to her, you need to swing on the tree branches that are in the air near the save place at the start of the level. Ermac is in the warrior shrine. Interact with his statue, and it will say "This statue looks different than all the others." Interact again and it will start the fight with him(He is fairly difficult).

tmcaz: Oops I ment Ermac not Noob sorry and you fight Kano by talking to Sonya when shes locked in the cage at the last level alot and eventually some doors will open.
