Sonya is in a cell at the end of the game just before you go to fight Shao Kaon.

Are you asking where to go or where sonya is because you dont have to capture her back.

yea you just rescue her from Kano talk to Katina 3 times she will be in here cell then guards will come and and fight you defeat them and go thrugh the door they came out of and you will find Kano defeat him and Jacks will give you a medium amount of life that you can use when you fight Shang Thong,Kantaro or Shao Kaon.
