*About special jutsu: Razor makes 10 clones of himself then all the clones do a shadow blade which is a lightning blade but darker and much more power then all 10 clones swarm in on the enemy and hit him with full force killing the enemy if fully charged severly damaging the enemy if not fully charged
*About Him:nobody knows much about Razor except that he wants revenge on his family for leaving him behind and wants ultimate revenge on his father he is a special jonin that has taught many ninja

Special Jutsu: Enviremeantal Breakdown Jutsu and Soal Absorbsion Jutsu.
Enviremeantal Breakdown Jutsu- A genjutsu trick that weakens the opponent physiclly and then he uses taijustu to beat them down.
Soal Absorbsion Jutsu- A deadly jutsu that when he wins, he grabs a hold of the opponent by their head and absorbs all of his/her chakura and all of his/her special abillities!
*About Tagarobu: He is the older brother of Zabuza, their parents were killed in a battle, he was sworn to take care of Zabuza and protect him, and he had became one of the Mist Village Anbu at the age of 14, he was banned from the Mist Village and had left Zabuza to take care of himself all because he was framed for the assasination plot of the Five Kage (they all were not killed), he made a revenge attack by robbing the Secondary Sacrad Scroll from the village and burned it, he left a rode ninja, he had become so powerful he was then able to dominate a whole land by himself, he is now the strongest of the Akatsuki. The only one who can only hope to defeat him is Naruto with all nine tails.

*About Him/Her: Tayisry's younger sister, she takes after her mother in many ways, just like her brother takes after his father, She spends most of her time training with her mother and the other half training her techniques, though she's quite rude to everyone, she is nice to her older brother sometimes.

*Jutsu: Body Seal jutsu- throws 8 tenbons(large needles) in a half-of-a second, pinning his opponent to the floor or wall.Then uses the Body Seal jutsu, which sends a microscopic stimulis of electric charges to every motor nerve in the body, thus parylyzing the oppoenent completly. Unable to use jutsu hence the opponent cannot move the battle is over because the opponent is unable to fight.

*Looks: Leaf head band on his forhead, flowing black robe with gold trimming and hood, yellow hair with red tips, black gloves with spike studs on the knuckles, knecklace with an emblem,nobody knows why he wears it.

*about Zokenai: he trains intensly with every training technique the Hidden leaf Village knows, he keeps to himself mostly, always has a good comeback to peoples jokes about him, easily trigered temper, very good at answering questions and riddles, passes exams and tests easier than other ninjas because most of his time is spent on training, no one knows who is parents are or what village he comes from because they found him battle scared in the forest of death.

About special jutsu: Sarina first uses the Head Hunter Jutsu to trap her opponent underground (literally under ground, not a head sticking out of a hole) then creates a big enough hole then uses teh Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu to send a large amount of water into the hole, usually downing the opponent, rare that someone survives it.

Looks: He has Hinata?s black hair and the whisker looking things like Naruto?s on his cheeks and is tall for his age, he is 5?0 and 108 lbs. He likes to wears long black pants with red and gold stripes and swirls with a long black and white coat and the Nine Tailed Fox seal on the chest of coat which he keeps unzipped to show his gray and gold T-shirt and wears his headband around his neck.

Family: Naruto (Father Age: 31), Hinata (Mother Age: 31), Nabara (Brother Age: 12 Genin), Habari(Sister Age: 10)

About Him: He is the most talented of Naruto and Hinata?s children he is extremely gifted, he graduated ninja academy at age 6 and has great intelligence and contains half of the full power of the Nine Tailed Fox (which he can tap into at anytime he wants to), and also he has the Hyuga Kekkai Genkai: Byakugan. His sensei is Rock Lee who is training him with the 10,000 lb arm and ankle weights program Guy sensei gave Lee, He also carries two 40 inch ninja swords on his back. (Has an inhuman amount of chakra)

Personal Special Jutsu:

1. Four Tailed Fox summoning
Description: Mixes the most of the fox chakra in him and mixes it with his own normal chakra to create a four tailed fox. (He has not succeeded in getting past four tails? yet)
2. Secret Jutsu: Rasengan 2000
Description: Creates 2000 shadow clones and has them all do perfect one handed Rasengans. No one can escape all 2000 Rasengans.
3. Kekkai Genkai Special Jutsu: Kyuubi Byakugan
Description: It?s a version of the Byakugan except the eyes turn red like the fox?s and can see farther than 5,000 meters (compared to the Neji's Byakugan range of 800 meters) and can block chakra points by aiming chakra through his hands directly at the chakra points.
4. Fox Combo: Flaming Chidori
Description: It?s basically a Chidori that is red and has been pushed to the ultimate level with demon fox chakra.
5. Hyuga Secret Jutsus
Description: Being part main branch Hyuga, he is now the main branch heir and has been taught Hyugas Secret Jutsus by Hiashi and Neji
Example: 8 Trigrams Palm Rotation, 8 Trigrams 64 Palms, 8 Trigrams 128 Palms, 8 Trigrams Empty Palm and 8 Trigrams Mountain Crusher.

P.S. These are his most powerful Justu, below are his regular use jutsu.

Regular anytime use jutsu: Hidden Lotus (can use up to 6 and take no physical damage because of the fox's healing power), Primary Lotus, Water Dragon Jutsu, Fire Ball Justu, Dragon Flame Bombs, Phoenix Flower Justu, Elemental Sword Combination, Etc.
(Elemental Sword is when you combine your weapon(s) with your elemental chakra to create way more powerful and larger chakra weapons(s)

Name: Hiruta Uchiha

Current Status: Chunin, almost a Jonin/Sanin

Family: Randor(Dad)(Dead), Lina(Mom)(Dead), Nyuuga(Brother), Sasuke(Cousin), Itachi(Cousin)

Eye Color: Dark Brown

Hair Color: Dark Brown

Clothes: Just like Sasukes except the shirt is dark blue. He also has a black glove on his right hand.

Hair Style. Just like Sasukes

Tools: Kunai, Senbon, Shadow Shurikin, Shurikin, Katana(Large Sword).

Known Jutsus:
1.Chakra Ball- Creates a ball of chakra that he can throw or hold and thrust into enemy.
2.Chakra Hands- Similar to the Gentle Fist art. Focus' chakra into hands to block any incoming ninja tools.
3.Chidori: Creates a ball of lightning.
4.Fire Style-Pheonix Flower Jutsu- Shoots out multiple balls of fire at opponent.
5.Lions Barrage- Kicks opponents up in the air and kicks them multiple times.
6.Sharingan- Complete Sharingan.
7.Rotation-Water Style- Traps oponents in a water current and creates shock waves in the water that seriously injures opponents.

Special Jutsu- Lightning Style- Thunder Hurricane.
Creates a large but controlled hurricane to trap opponents inside. Once traped, he calls lightning down to strike the opponents 10 times. This weakens and almost kills the opponent/s allowing time to get away or kill.

Secret Justus:
1. Escape Jutsu- Nearly stops time allowing for an escape. Can be used on anybody and can only be stoped by Itachi's Sharingan. The user cannot attack while using this because of the amount of chakra used.
2. Reflection Jutsu- Uses Sharingan to create a 360 degree invisble mirror that reflects any attack back at the attacker.
3. Ultimate Chidori- Creates blinding ball of lightnigng that kills the opponent in one hit. A nip of it would seriosly injure the target. Can be stoped with quick evading.
4. Sharinkugan- He has been training and has found a way to combine the Sharingan and the Byakugan. It allows him to block the Itachi's Sharingan, and allows him to use 8 Trigrams Rotation. Can not be stopped.
5. Kekkai Genkai- Electric Shudder- Shoots high velocity bolts of electricity that makes it hard for the oponent to move. Can be stopped by avoiding the bolts.

Story: Abandoned with his brother Nyuuga by his parents they were forced to take care of themselves and avoid Itachi's killings. They were taken in by the Hyuga Clan and trained somwhat in the Gentle fist art. When they were about 4 they were taken to the Academy to be enrolled. The Fourth Hokage took it upon himself to train them. Along with Omic Hyuga, Hirota and Nyuuga were trained as a Sanin would be trained but were unable to become Sanin due to the Fourth Hokage's death. At 6 years old they became Genin and were allowed to become Ninjas. At 8 years of age they became Chunin showing their skills as Ninjas. At the age of 14 he others took the Chunin exam and that is when Sasuke ran away. At that time Omic also ran a way because Neji told him he was not a true Hyuga because he wasnt part of the known branches. Hirota and Nyuuga went to look for him and found his headband by a tree. They later found out that he was attacked and taken to the Village Hidden In The Mist. They went to find him and found out he was trained by the same person who trained Zabuza and became an assasin. He changed his name to Nijiad and looked for Neji to kill him. But he was later informed by Hiruta and Nyuuga that someone else allready killed Neji. Hiruta tried to get Omic to come back to the village but he resisted. They went back home and were attacked by Itachi's henchmen. They were easily defeated. They are currently looking for Sasuke.

Kingdom Of Ultima. I just wanted to let you know that I found a few things messed up about your character.
1. The Nine-Tailed Fox is not something that can be inherited. It is a demon living inside Naruto, and it cant be put inside anyone else.
2. (He has not succeeded in getting past four tails? yet) The Nine-Tailed Fox is not something that has levels. There is no Four-Tailed Fox.

But other than that you character is pretty cool. But you need to make some weaknesses for him instead of making him "all powerful".
