go to kakashi or another person that will let you use your exp for lvls...

Kakashi only lets me learn new jutsus.
Oh, and after I got the scrolls for the lady and went to see the hokage, he told me that I need to see what the bandit leader is up to but I went and there is nobody there. I dont even now the Chacra jutsu to ran up walls!!!

dude, look in the walkthoughs section, they might hav what ur looking for. that or buy one from the store
