well i dont know how to get the mark but i can tell you how to get gems!

ok you will need to offer LOTS OF MONEYgo to the big village konarmor some thing and go to the candy shop but 2 candy there is a 50% cance you might get 5 gems i got over 40 from doing that.

ps.when you make you clan wana be my clans freind?

To get the seal you need to be jounin and go into orochimaru's hideout. And whats with all the specialties I can't figure out anything! By the way I'm Chuunin HitakeUchiha.
