i noticed in marker management you can get free car tokens. anybody know how?

You can only get that in a prize chooser (the one you choose after you dominated a race). If you are lucky, you'll get one.
PS: The free car marker will stay 'not for sale' although you completed it 100%.

^Pretty much yeah, but to be more specific it's the Challenge days where after Dominating them you get one of the cars from them. Personally I wouldn't use them. I sold them.

When you get to G-Effect (Grip king lead-up), get to the third race day, then either win or dominate, then pick the very last token. It hopefully should be a free car marker.
