The Silvia is pretty poor in ProStreet, I've tried it with loads of setups and it never works. He's got the nicest AI car in the game after Ray Krieger and Nate Denver though.

Speaking of things being poor. I read up some reviews about the game and loads of other gamers have found the ridiculously hard handling problem as well. So MAJOR mess up!

that car has the same tunning, mostly since i changed ALL R to -4 to handle the hard turns in tokyo dockyard. otherwise they would stay the same

I mean the rear was being thrown out too.
You also said that you made all the rear -4 or to -4 meaning a softer setting which generally means you wanted it to oversteer less.

basicly yes, it was a tip i found on a website and well ill post it here as well
Generally:
Soft rear: better control
Hard rear: more likely to start drifting
Less pressure to the front tires would extremely highten the control .... in reality... in this game I could not notice this very important thing
