all purpose drag car

i was wonder what car is classified as both a good drag and wheelie car.

so far the only two i can think is the chevelle SS and the charger and i was if there is any others

also i believe the zonda doesnt count since well its a zonda

Well maybe the Mustang GT is one too, it worked out for me.

The ol' GTO seems fine to me, 7.34 seconds and 1300+ points in wheelie.

Why can't the Zonda be legitimate?
I mean it's still a car and in this model made in honour of the late and great Juan Manuel Fangio.

well ive been writing up a walkthrough and i was wondering if there is a car that you can get from day 1 and still use it for the whole career. hence with the zonda it takes ages to either find a free car token or save up for it.

Well cars for certain include the likes of the Mazda RX-8, Cheverolet Camaro SS and Nissan Silvia I think......

I don't know about starter cars, but the GT, SRT10 and Supra work.

I'll agree with the Viper SRT10 and Supra, but the GT...Not quite....

ill agree with the viper and supra but the ford gt is kinda like the zonda, where you dont need to spend the much money when you can go faster with a much cheaper car.

Yes, but in the GT you have much less power than a Supra or Zonda, therefore you get more points even if it's a crappy time. And not to mention the no NOS full-track wheelies.

Yep. Cause the ET (Estimated Time) is taken from the "organizers" finding out how much power your car has and then the top speed of it, albeit this top speed factor is really a constant when it comes to all drag cars if it is to be successful and so therefore the only varying factor is the power.
Hence why you can get just a little bit over 16,000 points with the Camaro SS if you do 5.4 seconds or quicker.

I tried the Camaro for drift and it's awesome if you ask me.

Anyways...Any more confirmations for cars that you could use for drag from the beginning of the game (or relatively close to the beginning of the game) right through to the end?

It does actually for the cheapest car in the game.
To be specific as well about it in Drift, it's one of the top 3 best cars for it.

Yeah when I first started out, it was a great drift car.

thanks all of your help i have been through everything single car and stuck to 3 to choose from the nissan silvia (the most stable car and is good at wheelies with stage 2 suspension), the camaro is good for points not as stable as the silvia though and finally the 240sx since you get it from the start and its a good drag car and is alright with doing wheelies
