Actually no for FWD. They are more natural at oversteering which would cause quite a bit of concern usually, but people generally either then just put on a set of hard compound tyres for the rear.
RWD can be one or the other or even both, but RWD generally are the best for balance in every way. This rule is very general though!
AWD or 4WD will have hints of understeer, but it's generally fine and they own in the wet conditions. In addition: due to their no squat "issue" they are very good indeed when it comes to straight line speed. It is however very close to say which is better in a straight line: RWD and AWD/4WD sometimes.
Status = Part Time.

the evo i agree is awesome, im not a fan of the skyline, since well their too popular and i have a harder time trying to make some of the turns with it
That it is. Nice power on straights. Easy to brake into sharp turns, and enough juice to fire out of them without losing much speed. And I admit to being a Skyline mark. If it's a racing that has a Skyline, I usually have a Skyline in my garage, lol.

umm its true the nothing can beat american muscle cars for handling since as for your ferraries and aston martons etc they have spent millions on the cars tuning them to the best they can do, so they cant realy be improved. as for the muscle cars they have tons of room for improvement. so they can always be better.
and kenny i believe you should have seen jeremy clarksons view when they got the mercedes slk and modified it.
oh and kenny you should rethink your "car expert" status because that FWD bit is the silliest bit of crap I've read! One of the oldest facts in the car handbook is that while extremely stable, FWD cars are pretty much only useful on the road. They have the greatest amount of natural understeer of ANY drive type and they wear the front tyres quicker because everything happens on them.
Oh and fish, you think exotics can't be improved? Observe:
