the 240sx with all performance mods is the best, it goes more than 200 easily
also, why did they get rid of the s2000, it was really fast and cool and its not in this game, i had one in the last game that went so fast

skyline for me evry1 says the handling sux but i think its the best cz of the IBS (intelligent braking system) u just need to no how to drive it and take advantage of the ibs

well MY best vehicle in both handleing and top speed is my skyline. tops out at 250 and handles like a dream.

Look, DeadBlade89 is right. the fastest car in the game is the celica. if you put unique engine,ecu and nitrous (of course with all level 3 performance parts) there's no faster car. And yes shnizzle, 240sx is great too, in fact is 2nd faster.
