I'm Stuck on Coal Harbor Stage 4. I only have 245 dollars and there is nobody to race i cant find anymore races. I finished 65 percent of the game and my visual rating is 5.14. i need help what to do and the codes dont work for money. when i finish entering them i hear the beep but it does not give me the money.

I suggest getting on to the Highway and you'll always find racers there, it's just they don't always appear on your GPS.
