I've done all the races in Level 3 but I can't go on to Level 4 (I've pressed down on the D-pad than right and it shows 100.00%) is there something I have to do before Level 4 is unlocked?

hey i have need for speed underground 2.for some reason every thime i play it on the xbox.during play time something come up say that this disk is dirty or damaged but,when i play it on a different xbox it doesnt do that ****
