Well one thing about drifting: never use a front wheel drive car. Always go for the Rear wheel or 4 wheel drive cars since they drift best and are generally better than the front wheel drivers.
Here's what I can remember in general:
Steering ratio: full soft
Sway bar (Anti-roll bar): set to softest.
Springs: generally better to go soft.
Shocks: I tend to go for soft since the drift courses aren't exactly the smoothest.
Now on to the brakes and tyres. If you wishe you can set the rear tyre grips below maximum, but I would suggest setting the brakes full on to the front.
Downforce settings: full downforce at the front and either none for the rear or sort of halfway.
