Entering cheat codes?

I am trying to help my kids out and get them cheats and hints. But we just can't figure out how to enter the codes at the main menu screen or whatever the codes would say. Any help is appreciated.

Yes they do.

You have to enter them fast otherwise they won't be accepted. There also isn't a confirmation sound like in most games, so you won't know right away if they work. Just go into the customize car menu and go through the cars to see if they worked. If those don't work, customize a regular car and see if the visual or performance upgrade cheats work because you could've entered the car cheats incorrect. This should help you but if not, well I don't know what to tell you. Your copy of the game must be messed up or something else crazy.

how exactly do you enter cheats to this game? yeah i know enter them in the main menu but that doesnt work any tips will help... i think.

to enter cheats just stay on the main menu and enter them. any codes with X or O in them are fakes. they will just take you to a different screen.

I tried the cheat for unlock all circuit tracks, but it did not work. I did enter it at the "Main Menu" screen... but maybe not fast enough.... will try it again
