If you read what is said, it's because there isn't room for Louie in the Cockpit with Olimar and the Prez, so the Pikmin carry him to the Ship and he's put in the Storage Hull Space...

You have to go to wistful wild and go to the. Dream den I think thats what its called and when your in. The dream den you have to go to the final level and beat the tiation devilen.

Dream den is hard tough! especialy the boss! u need to go through many floors surviving the dangerous monsters then at the end a huge spider comes and tries to kill u! the first time i went in there i had 36 pikmin in floor 5!
