The only way to get villains like Morgan and Alvida. Is to obtain 50 gold that is really easy to get. Then go to the bar owner "the recruiter". Then hit advance convene and hope that either one is in the selection to pick from. i was lucky and got Morgan. To get S rank same thing but its Super convene and that is 500 gold.

okay the first person is wrong.You can get morgan from all the conv also you cant just get s from super conv you can get everyone fromany of the conv they just raise he chance every time like low is 1-5% advanced is 10-15% and super is 50% (these are the chamce to get a s ss crew) like on my account i have all except morgan buggy and gin by using silver tho on my other acoounts i have got the 3 through free call and low i hope this help also dont bother spending the 500g just save up silver to alot and gold to 140 then jut use low and youll have enough silver to get them no matter what

its about lucky
if u lucky,u can get A,S,SS Crew
i just use 250gold to advanced call-up,but i can get Enel and Crocodile In Day
if u unlucky
u need more than 250 gold
Low call-up :
i use that,and i get A crew,like morgan,bellamy
but i never get S crew with low call-up
dont use Super call-up,because u can recruit just 1 crew,but it can A,S,SS crew,if u want,u can try it
if u lucky,u can get A,S,SS Crew
