for the person trying to get rid of the shiny code im pretty sure you have to save the game from the pause menu in the game and then reset it.thats what i did.

for the two starters ur after theres a pokemon modifir code so all u have to do is put it in then hit l and r onces u do that then toss the numbers of masters balls to the nasial dex after that toss the ultra balls to the make the level u want them to be and then hold the l button and then walk into grss as for the exp code u shuold be able to find it as well
in the action replay code area as well.

i believe you press select up up up down down down down select on entralink missions select screen and they become lvl 4 missions but idk about actual cheats i dont have action replay xD
