So I want to teach my Dragonite Draco Meteor, but when I talk to Drayden, all he says is "Little by little, the ice is starting to melt. It's all thanks to you. As a fellow Trainer, I heartily thank you!"
I have beaten his gym obviously, and I have defeated Team Plasma

I think you maybe need to beat the 8th gym or E4, and it needs max happiness

you need to defeat e4 and all gyms twice after giver your pokemon to day care for about one day and level it up once and finily you can get draco metior:speaktothehand
